Perspectives on Death and Dying : Dying & End Of Life

Dying and end of life issues and decision-making are inextricably intertwined. Despite popular film and television portrayals, the vast majority of deaths in the United States are not the result of homicide or accidents, but rather come at the end of disease or illness. The materials in this section were chosen for those seeking clarity and assistance in navigating dying or end of life decision-making, as well as for those who are interested in the current state of death & dying in the U.S. Three sections are included to separate the works into Dying: General, Care & Medicine, and End of Life Decisions.
